Return Policy

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, this is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The order still contains all the original parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as when the product was delivered.
  2. Normal handling of the product is evident; breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
  3. Products that require hygiene considerations have been thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
  4. The product was found to be defective upon receipt.
  5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
  6. The return will be processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

Pure Dublin reserves the right to refuse returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.


How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  • Send an email to: support@puredublin.com
  • Ensure the email contains the following:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • A photo of the product in case of breakage
    • First name + last name of the customer
    • Customer's address

We will respond to your request and provide you with the correct return address.
Please do not send the return to the sender's address. We will give you the appropriate return address after you've contacted us. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.


Right of Withdrawal (STORNOBAU)

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, provided they are natural persons entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activities.

A. Cancellation Conditions

Right of Cancellation
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the last item of your order.

As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Unfortunately, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once the order is on its way. Therefore, refunds are not possible until you have received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Pure Dublin) via a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to cancel the contract. The withdrawal will be complete once we receive the goods back. The cost of returning the goods is the buyer’s responsibility.

Orders in Transit
Since our products are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur, which are beyond our control. If the items are already in transit, cancellation is not possible until you receive the goods. After receipt, you may return them. You can notify us of your cancellation in advance if you prefer.

To expedite your return, we kindly request that you provide us with a shipping confirmation once the return has been shipped.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, except for delivery costs (including any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery option other than the cheapest standard delivery offered). Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive notification of your withdrawal, as well as the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged for the refund itself.


ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
